Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Construction Engineer to join our multi-disciplined Construction Site Engineering group, part of the Bettis Construction Department. As a Construction Engineer, you will play a key role in the development, design, and execution of a wide variety of on-site construction projects, working closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver infrastructure improvement projects.
Typical projects range in construction cost from $500k to $20+M, and you will be responsible for challenging technical assignments that allow flexibility in approaching solutions. You will work within a project execution team environment, developing work scopes with project sponsors and working with A/E firms to develop designs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing project functional requirements and preparing submittals, including project documents and/or drawings
- Specifying materials and reviewing project plans
- Estimating manpower and costs required to complete tasks
- Providing field oversight to active projects to ensure compliance with project requirements
We offer a competitive salary range of $83,000 to $130,700 annually, based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) savings program, and paid parental leave.
