This role presents an exciting chance to engage directly with students in a hands-on educational setting. We are particularly interested in personal care assistants in Monroe County, PA.

Key Responsibilities:
Support students with their online coursework and provide additional explanations and assistance as necessary. Aid students in navigating online learning platforms and technology. Foster a positive and engaging educational atmosphere. Help students maintain organization and adhere to their assignments and deadlines. Observe and assist students during virtual classes, ensuring comprehension of the material and maintaining focus. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and cyber school personnel to promote student success.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or coursework in education is advantageous, and willingness to complete 20 hours of state-mandated training is required. Must possess or be willing to obtain all necessary clearances to work in schools in Pennsylvania. Clearances must be less than one year old. Previous experience in an educational setting with children is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to work independently and adapt to the individual needs of students. Reliable, organized, and punctual. CPR and First Aid training are mandatory. Why Choose Us?
