Job Overview

We are offering a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, based on location and experience, to lead our clinical team and oversee the health and wellness of our residents. As a Senior Care Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality care and service, while also promoting regulatory compliance and staff development. Your expertise and leadership will be crucial in creating a positive and supportive work environment for our residents and staff alike.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nurses in sustaining the health and well-being of our residents.
  • Oversee the coordination of resident health and wellness needs, ancillary services, medication program management, and completion of assessments and individual service plans.
  • Recruit, hire, and train clinical team members, as well as manage their performance, evaluation, and engagement.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a current state license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Two years of RN experience, including at least one year in home health, assisted living, or long-term care.
  • Minimum of one year of nurse management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and daily operations supervision.
