Job Summary

This is a rewarding opportunity for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide virtual speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapy services to students in Virginia. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement personalized treatment plans, collaborate with parents and caregivers, and contribute to the success of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Virtual Assessments and Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations using virtual platforms.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor student progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Licensure and Certification: Hold a Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology and be certified by ASHA (CCC-SLP).
  • Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders, preferably in a virtual setting.
  • Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
