Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Fresenius Medical Center. As a Renal Nutrition Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing nutritional services to our patients with chronic kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient knowledge of diet and kidney disease, and provide education to promote healthy eating habits.
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical nutrition, preferably in renal care
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
