The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for clinical applications, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
  • Collaborate with IT leadership and clinical teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Work with vendors to resolve application and system issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for clinical applications
  • Provide training and support for clinical staff on new and existing applications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in clinical systems support
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with clinical systems, including HL7 and other structured clinical data formats
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
