Compensation and Benefits:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $30-$40 per hour, commensurate with experience. The compensation package includes comprehensive benefits, including 401(k), AD&D insurance, dental insurance, disability insurance, free parking, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, referral program, and vision insurance.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law (plaintiff side).
  • 2 years of paralegal experience.
  • Proven expertise in drafting motions and E-file processing.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to assist with trial and hearing preparations.
  • Familiarity with medical records review and loss wage assessment.
  • Proficient in calendar management and organization.
  • Strong grammar and proofreading skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual or fluent Spanish speaker preferred.
  • Experience with Filevine case management system.

Location: This is an in-person position located in South Texas. occasional overtime may be required.
