Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities and mobility.
- Document resident care and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in facility in-service programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Practice good infection control techniques and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members.
- Assist residents with social functions and meals as assigned.
Qualifications: Must have completed an approved training program and passed competency examinations for Certified Nurse Assistant. Must be in good physical and mental health, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist residents with mobility needs.
