Breakfast Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at the Courtyard by Marriott at Exit 407 Sevierville/Kodak, TN. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a positive experience with our breakfast service.

• Greeting Guests: Welcome guests as they enter the breakfast area and provide exceptional customer service.
• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Maintain a clean and sanitized environment by cleaning and sanitizing all breakfast room surfaces and guest areas.
• Food and Service Quality: Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, and respond to complaints in a professional manner.
• Menu Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of our rotating menu and be able to answer guest questions.
• Health and Safety: Maintain knowledge of all health safety standards and requirements, and ensure compliance in the breakfast area.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Guest Service Skills: Ability to provide top-notch guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork: A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all staff.
• Physical Demands: Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time, safely lift and maneuver trays of food when necessary, and walk and stand up to 100% of shift.
