JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Software Engineering Lead position is a pivotal technical leadership role responsible for guiding the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of software solutions that meet the operational needs of various business teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, self-management skills, and the initiative to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements, define system capabilities, and implement code across multiple programming languages.

6. Participate in estimating project scope and forecasting.
7. Manage various tools utilized in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
8. Execute the complete software development life cycle.
9. Develop documentation to clarify requirements and solutions.
10. Write well-structured, testable code.
11. Integrate software components into a cohesive system.
12. Formulate software verification plans and quality assurance processes.
13. Document and maintain software functionality.
14. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
15. Deploy applications and assess user feedback.
16. Adhere to project plans and industry standards.
17. Ensure software is updated with the latest features.
18. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- 5 years of experience in the software development life cycle with Agile methodologies.
- 3 years of experience in cloud-based services development (AWS or Azure).
- 3 years of experience in DevOps practices including code repositories, automation, scanning, testing, and deployment.
- 3 years of experience with relational databases and SQL.
- 3 years of experience with web standards and frameworks.
- 3 years of experience managing the software development life cycle (SDLC) from initial analysis to testing and deployment.
