MarTech Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead to join our team at Stott and May. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading web development projects within Agile methodology and having a strong background in MarTech.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality results and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective project management strategies to meet client expectations
• Lead experience in Marketing technology applications: Websites, Content Management System (CMS), Digital Asset Management System (DAM), Consumer Data Platform(CDP), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
• Experience in systems implementation including business process design, development, and training
• Strong Application Development and Delivery experience with MarTech

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience leading web development projects within Agile methodology and a strong background in MarTech
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Emotional intelligence and empathy

Compensation:
$105-$120 Per Hour All Inclusive (Corp to Corp)
