Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing scheduled maintenance on facilities equipment and systems, repairing malfunctioning machines and systems, and ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance on facilities equipment and systems to prevent downtime and interruptions.
- Repair malfunctioning machines and systems to ensure efficient operation.
- Check machinery and systems regularly for signs of fault to prevent or minimize downtime.
- Initiate improvements to the functionality of facilities equipment and systems to increase efficiency.
- Act as a team leader to oversee team members and ensure work meets agreed targets.
- Document activities and maintain accurate records.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 0.5-2 years of related experience or completion of PBS requirements and passing assessment at an appropriate level.
- Applicable industry or professional certification preferred.
- Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
- Ability to work non-standard schedules as needed.
