The Head of AI Product Strategy will be instrumental in defining the vision and leading the development of EMMES's AI-driven solutions.
This role will pioneer a burgeoning segment of our business, establishing strategic direction, rapidly creating product prototypes, and expanding our service offerings.
Collaboration with industry experts and clients will be essential to develop transformative solutions for clinical research, aligning closely with our data management systems to ensure a unified approach.
Responsibilities:
Formulates comprehensive strategies for product offerings, identifying market dynamics, client requirements, and unique value propositions.
Leads and mentors a high-performing product team, fostering skill development in areas such as business insight and strategic planning.
Prioritizes product requirements based on business impact, return on investment, and strategic departmental objectives.
Plans product launches in alignment with team capacity and organizational needs.
Collaborates with the AI Data Science team to conceptualize and test new product offerings in the marketplace.
Works in close partnership with Data Science, Engineering, Therapeutic Area leaders, and Sales and Marketing to drive product development, launch, and user adoption.
Adheres to the Company's core values, policies, and all relevant regulations in all activities.
Performs additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Product Operations leadership within software organizations.
Proven experience in managing product strategy, launches, and developing go-to-market initiatives.
Experience in healthcare technology is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication skills, including proficiency in presentations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Demonstrated success in executing project plans to achieve timely delivery.
A track record of leading new product development and managing organizational change.
Customer-focused with excellent consultative and solution-oriented skills.
Team-oriented, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and diverse work environment.
Ability to drive organizational change and challenge existing norms through innovation.
