Optometrist Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Optometrist to join our team at Visionworks, a doctor-owned and patient-centric practice providing convenient and personalized eyecare services across Georgia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive eye exams to diagnose and treat ocular diseases
  • Prescribe corrective lenses and provide pre- and post-operative care to surgical patients
  • Promote healthy vision by counseling and educating patients
  • Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
  • Valid state license to practice optometry
  • Strong sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethics
