Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Labor and Employment Attorney to enhance our esteemed legal team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal counsel on a variety of labor and employment issues, ensuring that our clients receive top-tier legal support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver proactive legal guidance on a wide array of employment and labor topics, including employee relations, human resources policies, recruitment processes, terminations, discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, and workplace investigations.
  • Represent the organization in litigation proceedings before federal and state courts, administrative bodies, and arbitration panels.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to employment.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to aid in the formulation of company policies and strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations governing employment and labor practices.
  • Provide training and educational resources to HR and management personnel regarding employment law matters.
  • Collaborate with fellow attorneys and legal professionals to mitigate risks, ensure compliance, and support the organization’s strategic goals.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Labor and Employment Attorney.
  • Active membership in good standing with the state bar association.
  • Demonstrated expertise in employment law, litigation, and labor relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional negotiation, research, and litigation capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously, and achieve results in a dynamic environment.
  • High level of professional ethics, integrity, and respect.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $175,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes hybrid work options, 401(k) plans with matching contributions, health insurance, paid time off, professional development assistance, and a retirement plan. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday.
