Senior Superintendent

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team, responsible for overseeing the delivery of large-scale commercial projects. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, scheduling tasks, and managing resources to ensure the project stays on track.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project operations, including scheduling tasks and managing resources to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination among stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors.
- Supervise on-site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers, to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely, adhering to industry standards and project specifications.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all workers, promoting a culture of safety and well-being.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution to minimize delays and ensure project success.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenditures to maintain financial control and ensure projects stay within budget.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and incidents for reporting and compliance purposes.
