We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cashier to join our team at US Cafe in Smyrna, GA.

Responsibilities
  • Process transactions, purchases, and returns efficiently
  • Upsell and promote sales referrals
  • Handle and resolve guest complaints in a professional manner
  • Aid with walk-in, call-in, and to-go guests
  • Ensure accurate orders before handing them out
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a cashier in a restaurant
  • Knowledge of cash registers and point-of-sale systems (Toast POS experience a plus)
  • Guest satisfaction-oriented and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work on feet for several hours and lift heavy objects when necessary
