Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare the bar and clubhouse for service, including setting up equipment, stocking supplies, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Possess a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu, including cocktails, beers, and wines, and be able to make recommendations to Members.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Assist in training new staff members on our beverage service procedures and policies.
  • Ensure that all Members and guests receive exceptional service, including prompt and accurate ordering, and a welcoming and friendly attitude.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the bar and clubhouse, including the storage of supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in the management of inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment.
  • Alcohol Server Certification.
  • Food Handler Certification.
  • CPR Certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team and customer base.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
