Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and maintaining equipment to ensure the machinery is meeting production and quality expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to motors, pumps electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Start up and troubleshoot of the process related issues with production equipment, tooling, and auxiliary equipment.
- Fabricate, build, clean, and repair machinery as required.
- Collaborate and assist with production material trials and new products.
- Monitor and maintain output and run conditions to specified standards.
- Regularly inspecting, cleaning and performing preventative maintenance on machinery to keep in quality working order.
- Using hand tools such as, but not limited to, power tools and rigging equipment.
- Operation of heavy industrial equipment, including but not limited to, saws, pullers, balers, forklifts, and bucket lifts.
- Complete proper documentation and quality requirements.
- Build a comprehensive knowledge of the operation, safety features, and process steps.
