The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, tax preparation, and administrative support. This role combines financial expertise with organizational skills, ensuring accurate recording and operational support across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform bookkeeping for multiple business units and LLCs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with financial standards.
  • Reconcile accounts, track expenses, and generate financial reports.
  • Prepare and organize annual tax filings for multiple LLCs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with external tax professionals or accountants as necessary to facilitate timely and accurate filings.

Administrative Support:
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the CEO and CFO.
  • Assist with document preparation, scheduling, and other administrative duties to support business operations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth workflows.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in tax filing, including LLC tax preparation.
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably across multiple business entities.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
