Aqua Tots LTD DBA Swim Tank is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Aquatic Educator to join our team As an Aquatic Educator, you will be responsible for teaching students of all ages and skill levels about water safety and swimming techniques using our approved curriculum.

The ideal candidate will be a strong swimmer with excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children and adults alike. • Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Provide one-on-one and group instruction to students of all ages and skill levels.
• Enforce all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to develop and implement new programs and services.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices and industry developments.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. education, exercise science, aquatic education) or equivalent experience.
• Current certification in CPR/AED and First Aid.
• Experience working with children and adults in a swimming or aquatic setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
