Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop project specifications, field reports, technical reports, proposals, and project management plans
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project accuracy and client satisfaction
  • Conduct site investigations and data analysis using tools such as Civil3D and other software
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to meet client needs
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth and development of the team
Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible Civil Engineering experience
  • Licensed registered PE in MA
  • Proficiency with analysis software tools such as XPStorm, XPSWMM, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, AutoTurn, HydroCAD
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable motor vehicle
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with project management software and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
