This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to take on a key role in promoting our unique membership model of practitioner-assisted stretch. As a Flexibility Coach, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, providing exceptional customer service, and owning member retention.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build rapport with clients, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

• Drive membership sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our services to potential clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly, scheduling appointments efficiently, and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Owning member retention by following our daily operation guides, maintaining open lines of communication, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth.
• Promote the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and continually improving sales skills.
• Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by building positive relationships with clients and team members alike.

We offer a competitive estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
