**Job Opportunity:** Pizza Parlor SupervisorWe are a well-established pizza parlor with a rich history of serving our community, and we're looking for a highly motivated Pizza Parlor Supervisor to join our team As a key member of our management team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our business.
**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:Your primary focus will be on supervising daily operations, including managing staff, ordering supplies, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll also be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability, working closely with ownership to implement new menu items and promotions, and analyzing financial performance to inform decision-making.
Requirements:For this role, you'll need a proven track record in restaurant or food service management, strong business acumen and understanding of financial management, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to multitask and manage various aspects of operations simultaneously, strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
