Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered care, developing individualized care plans, and treating patients across the lifespan. You will work closely with our team to provide high-quality care and promote a smooth clinical workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered care, including the development of individualized care plans and treatment of patients across the lifespan.

  • Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, referral sources, and fellow team members.
  • Participate in community events and represent ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine as a proud ambassador.
  • Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators to receive bonus incentives.
Requirements
  • Passion for wellness, physical therapy, and rehabilitation.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and rapport-building skills.
  • Detail orientation and ability to set multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work closely with all members of the team to improve work relationships, build morale, and maintain an outstanding company culture.
  • Strong computer skills for timely completion of documentation and billing submission.
  • Ability to sit, stand, kneel, lift, and move throughout the clinic for your entire assigned shift.
