Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bodywork Therapist to join our team at OneSpaWorld. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you will provide exceptional massage therapy services to our guests, creating a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation.

About the Role

  • Provide high-quality massage treatments, adhering to company protocols and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain revenue and guest retention goals for the massage department.
  • Offer detailed prescription plans for home care regimens after each service.
  • Demonstrate expertise in spa services and products, educating guests on their benefits.
  • Actively promote spa treatments, retail products, packages, and seasonal promotions.

Requirements

  • Applicable state license to perform services.
  • Relevant massage training from an accredited school.
  • Prior experience working in a high-end resort or urban day spa environment (12-18 months preferred).
  • Availability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary and Benefits
