Role Description:
As a member of our Clinic Patient Access Center, you will be part of one of the fastest-growing contact centers in the nation. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling patient appointments and managing patient inquiries.
- Delivering outstanding customer service through effective communication and telephone etiquette.
- Providing patients with essential information regarding appointments and general inquiries.
Qualifications:
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience: Prior experience in telephone customer service, face-to-face customer service, or healthcare is preferred.
Skills and Attributes:
- Proficient in data entry and capable of multitasking.
- Ability to follow directions with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Compassionate attitude with a typing speed of 60 wpm.
