  • Scheduling patient appointments and managing patient inquiries.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service through effective communication and telephone etiquette.
  • Providing patients with essential information regarding appointments and general inquiries.

Qualifications:

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience: Prior experience in telephone customer service, face-to-face customer service, or healthcare is preferred.

Skills and Attributes:
  • Proficient in data entry and capable of multitasking.
  • Ability to follow directions with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Compassionate attitude with a typing speed of 60 wpm.
