Assembly Craftsmanship Specialist

Revelyst, a collective of makers, is seeking an experienced Assembly Craftsmanship Specialist to join our team. This role involves manual labor along a production line or in production cells, assembling or disassembling various component parts.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

• Follow product specifications to determine required assembly
• Perform prep work as needed
• Check immediate assembly area for adequate supplies needed for the particular assembly
• Request/pull supplies through appropriate channels
• Report any assembly problems/issues to the supervisor for evaluation and resolution
• Use simple hand tools to perform job duties
• Operate and use all equipment following standard work instructions and operating procedures
• Observe all safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries
• Report all incidents/accidents/injuries immediately to Supervisor

This role requires high school diploma or GED, 1-3 years' experience in intricate hand assembly, and basic understanding of general production process in a warehouse facility.

The estimated salary for this position is $52,844 per year, based on a 10-hour shift and $15.45 hourly rate.
