Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our dynamic team at Saint Joseph Health System. As a critical care specialist, you will play a vital role in patient care, working closely with our team to provide exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients in critical care settings, including NICU and open heart recovery.
  • Develop and implement respiratory-driven protocols to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our team to provide comprehensive patient care, including intubation and ground NICU maternal transport.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest respiratory care practices.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an AMA accredited program in respiratory therapy.
  • Currently holding a License in Respiratory Therapy for the State of Indiana and minimum CRT Credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care.
  • Preferred experience in critical care, NICU, open heart recovery, and bronchoscopy.
