Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso, and tea beverages.

  • Monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring proper rotation and storage.
  • Arrive punctually, well-groomed, and ready to perform all scheduled shifts and participate in required training sessions.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and needs promptly, while employing suggestive selling techniques.
  • Maximize sales potential through effective product preparation, stocking, and merchandising.
  • Adhere to established health and safety protocols, including sanitation and safe work practices.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with cleanliness standards.
  • Complete opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned, ensuring accuracy in signage and pricing.
  • Report any safety hazards or violations immediately.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by store or regional leadership.

Required Skills

Experience

6-12 months of experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Capable of standing or walking for 6-8 hours during a shift.
  • Requires manual dexterity for tasks such as grasping and fine manipulation.
  • Must be able to work in varying temperatures and conditions.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.
