Job Title: NICU Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate NICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Brooke Army Medical Center. As a member of our NICU team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to neonates in the NICU
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the United States
  • 2 years of full-time RN experience in a neonatal ICU setting within the past 4 years
  • BLS and PALS certification current
  • NRP Certification current
