Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team in Danville, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our outpatient therapy division, you will work closely with patients and families to provide exceptional care and support.

About the Role
  • Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans to improve their functioning and symptom resolution.
  • Provide individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy sessions as deemed clinically appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the psychiatry team and other relevant stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Sciences is required; Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure is mandatory.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and services.
