Job Description
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other company-provided benefits.
- Assist with accounting and manage payroll processing.
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding their benefits options and enrollment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, payroll processing or HR generalist positions.
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of benefits and payroll laws and regulations preferred.
The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Benefit Plan Administration: Administer company-provided health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, pay-roll and other employee benefits programs.
- Employee Enrollment and Orientation: Assist new hires with benefits enrollment and ensure all enrollment documents are accurate, completed, and submitted on time.
- Compliance: Ensure that all benefits administration is compliant with federal and state regulations, such as COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and ERISA.
