Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Insight Global. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with infants and toddlers, and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities that promote the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of infants and toddlers.
• Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment that supports the well-being of children.
• Develop and implement individualized lesson plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective program.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure a smooth transition between home and center.

Requirements

• Infant-Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent.
• Ability to work with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and move quickly in response to emergencies.
