Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for filling direct to customer and direct to retail orders using pick lists or software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload conveyors, palletize completed shipments, and move to outbound staging areas
• Pick merchandise from bins or shelves and prepare packages for shipment
• Ensure completeness and correctness of all orders filled
• Supply product based on first-in-first-out procedures
• Assist with cleaning duties as assigned by supervisor
• Put inbound shipments into storage by following put-away rules
• Print labels using the appropriate business system
• Operate stretch wrap machine and stretch wrap product as appropriate
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, bins, and totes

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn software applications
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
