About the Opportunity: As a Philanthropy Program Manager at Tacoma Art Museum, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our philanthropy strategy to secure funding from foundations, corporations, and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the philanthropy program, including cultivation, solicitation, and reporting for current funders, as well as identification and cultivation of new funding prospects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue goals
  • Maintain a robust portfolio of relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, board members, and community leaders
  • Develop and implement effective stewardship strategies to cultivate and retain major donors
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new funding opportunities and trends
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership and the board of directors

About You: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer: We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and generous paid time off.
