Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with radiation oncologists, physicists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, addressing their concerns and answering questions about treatment options and side effects.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Missouri.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Experience working in radiation oncology or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
