Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated SOLO Class B CDL Truck Operator to become a vital part of our operations at Ryder. This role is based in Hanover, MD and offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for stability and growth in their driving career.

Compensation:
Expect to earn $1055 or more weekly, with payments made on a weekly basis.

Hourly Rate:
$26.92 per hour

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Start Time: 5:00 AM

Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver goods locally, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
- Operate a Straight Truck or Flatbed (26'); proficiency in manual transmission is required.
- Handle HVAC equipment and parts, ensuring proper loading and unloading.

Equipment:
- Utilize vehicles that are 36 months or newer, equipped with Lift Gates.
- Comprehensive training on all necessary equipment will be provided.

Benefits:
- Uniforms, cell phone, and boot allowances are provided.
- Paid Personal Time Off accrued from the first year.
- Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage begins after 30 days.

Requirements:
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Successful completion of a drug test and background check.
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL with necessary endorsements.
- Verifiable experience in a comparable vehicle: 9 months within the last 3 years, or 2 years within the last 5 years, or 5 years within the last 10 years.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and logs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
