Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced technical expertise to explore a wide range of engineering solutions.
- Oversee the planning, distribution of work, and adherence to project schedules and budgets on complex engineering assignments.
- Assist in marketing efforts, including the development of proposals.
- Define project scope and manage compliance with budgetary constraints.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the project team's outputs within the technical discipline.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members to achieve project goals.
- Coordinate technical project aspects with clients and partners.
- Lead delivery on larger, multi-disciplinary projects and collaborate with other disciplines.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of schedules and work distribution for multidisciplinary projects.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 7 years, or a PhD with 6 years of experience.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency and quality in multi-discipline projects.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accountability for project delivery.
- Proven ability to anticipate risks and understand the implications of actions taken.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative project efficiencies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10 years of relevant experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Traffic Engineer (TE) certification.
