ABA Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team at Doretha Garman (Something New ABA and Educational Solutions). In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with children ages 3 to 12 diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), delivering in-home therapy tailored to their individual needs.

• This position is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• You will implement one-on-one ABA therapy sessions according to individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and record data on client progress during each session.
• Assist in developing behavior interventions and skill acquisition plans.
• Provide feedback on treatment effectiveness and communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote desired behaviors and skill development.
• Follow treatment protocols consistently and adjust based on BCBA recommendations.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized therapy environment.
• Participate in regular team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.

Requirements:

• An estimated salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
