Job Responsibilities

You will evaluate clinical presentations, create and implement treatment plans, and document client progress. You will also provide excellent customer service, collaborate with a dynamic team, and utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a master's degree in a behavioral science or related field and clinical licensure. Experience with assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes is essential, as well as effective written and verbal communication skills. You must also demonstrate stable boundaries with clients, complete documentation in a timely manner, and be comfortable working with a diverse client base.
