Key Responsibilities- Design and develop electronic circuits for toys and other products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas from concept to production
- Work with China-based vendors to source components and materials
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in design, prototyping, and troubleshooting analog and digital electronic circuits
- Strong understanding of electronic circuit design and development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
At Mattel, we offer a competitive salary range of $66,400 to $83,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
