Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Construction Specialist to join our team at DeHamer Landscaping. As a key member of our hydroseed landscaping department, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the construction and maintenance of beautiful landscapes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of landscapers and hydroseed technicians in the construction and maintenance of landscapes.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans and timelines to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on landscape design and construction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies in landscape construction.
Requirements
  • CDL Class A or B with air brakes, manual, and tanker endorsement or ability to test.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects in the landscaping and hydroseed industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
