Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:


Prioritizes Health & Safety as the foremost objective by adhering to established protocols and conducting operations in a secure manner at all times.

Operates and manages semi-trailers and straight trucks as necessary.

Reports to designated dispatch personnel, with trips organized in sequential order, supported by Customer Experience. Routes are planned to optimize the volume of containers collected during each journey.


Before commencing any driving duties, prepares for the daily route by conducting thorough inspections of the vehicle and equipment, refueling the truck, and ensuring all machinery is in optimal working condition.

Completes necessary manifests, company documentation, and other labeling and placarding paperwork for each load handled. Verifies that all containers on loads possess the appropriate labels and markings.

Maintains electronic logs of service hours to comply with DOT regulations and state and federal laws.


Travels to client locations to gather waste materials and/or transport both hazardous and non-hazardous waste to the designated facility for unloading and disposal.

Acts as a representative of the company, demonstrating courtesy and professionalism towards clients.

Handles freight loading and is capable of managing containers.

Educational Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

Experience Requirements:
A minimum of one year of Class A CDL driving experience is required, with three years preferred. Tanker and Hazmat endorsements are necessary.

Knowledge and Skills:
This position is safety-sensitive. The ability to maintain a constant state of alertness and operate safely is a critical function. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment, including a respirator. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Understanding of RCRA compliance standards, OSHA safety regulations, and DOT regulations is required. Must possess a Class A CDL with hazmat endorsement and meet the driving qualifications set by the company. Regular and predictable attendance is a fundamental requirement of this position.
A post-offer drug screening will be mandated.
