Job Title: Sanitation Operator

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year

Benson's INC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sanitation Operator to join our team. As a Sanitation Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our production facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sanitizing equipment and work areas.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with production teams to achieve high-quality products.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in sanitation/production work in a food manufacturing facility.
  • Ability to lift 50 lb. bags, boxes of ingredients, and packaging.
