Job Overview

The role of a Concierge Attendant is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This position serves as the primary contact point between visitors and the organization, ensuring that each guest feels valued and well-informed. You will be responsible for facilitating reservations for dining and activities on-site, as well as providing local insights and transportation assistance when required.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Possessing in-depth knowledge of the venue's offerings, nearby attractions, dining establishments, and recreational activities.
  • Identifying guest preferences and delivering tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Coordinating events, activities, and transportation based on guest requests.
  • Making dining reservations, spa bookings, and golf tee times for guests.
  • Monitoring the cleanliness of public areas and reporting any maintenance issues to the relevant departments.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for guests in the lobby, addressing questions and providing information about the resort's amenities.
  • Collaborating with Catering and Reservations teams to ensure a premium experience for groups, weddings, and VIP guests.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service, promptly addressing guest needs and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Completing required training as outlined in the human resources Training Matrix.
  • Following safety protocols and policies, reporting any safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Engaging with guests in a friendly and positive manner, effectively resolving complaints and fostering good relationships with colleagues.

Qualifications
