We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package reflects the importance we place on attracting and retaining top talent in the field of speech-language pathology.

 

**Job Description**:

As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating students for speech and language disorders to identify areas requiring intervention.
  • Creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs and goals.
  • Delivering SLP services aligned with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to ensure seamless collaboration between educators, parents, and healthcare professionals.

 

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • An active SLP License with the ability to maintain current licensure requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, teachers, and other school personnel.
