DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is in search of a dedicated Guardrail Laborer. This role is essential for maintaining highway safety and ensuring compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and safety protocols.

• Interpretation of plans and schematics for guardrail installation.
• Layout and installation of highway guardrails.
• Handling and installation of materials required for guardrail systems.
• Loading and unloading materials on flatbed trucks and trailers.
• Operation of Post Pounder/Driver Truck.
• Utilization of equipment for highway maintenance tasks.
• Employing hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and brooms.
• Using power tools including chainsaws, pole saws, and backpack blowers.

Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior experience in construction is essential.
• Experience in heavy labor is advantageous.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least three years is mandatory.
• Availability for night shifts is required.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Physical capability to lift moderately heavy objects and perform tasks that require bending, climbing, standing, stooping, or walking for extended periods.
