Job Title: Supervising Clinician

A Supervising Clinician at Life Skills Autism Academy is a dedicated professional who embodies our core clinical values and prioritizes the well-being of our clients. They are skilled in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and adhere to our Foundations of Care model, which emphasizes individualized care through assent-based practices. The Supervising Clinician will oversee ABA Therapy and provide guidance to our Behavior Technicians to ensure our clinical standards are met.

What We're Looking For

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Clinician who can provide clinical oversight to our clients, drive compliance and retention, and achieve optimal outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or higher from an accredited university, BCBA certification, and experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders. Previous supervision experience and crisis management skills are preferred.

Working Conditions

The work location varies on a case-by-case basis and can include the client's home, a company facility, or community. Additional time or flex schedules may be required to complete the above work or meet company objectives. The team member may be exposed to a client who exhibits physically aggressive behavior, which requires agility, quick reflexes, and the ability to use physically evasive movement.
