Airline Ground Handler

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is a dynamic aviation company seeking a motivated and reliable professional to join our team as a Ramp Agent in the Ground Handling Department.

As a Ramp Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our aircraft handling processes. Your primary duties will include below-the-wing servicing, loading and unloading baggage and cargo, operating motorized service vehicles and equipment, guiding and parking aircraft, performing cabin maintenance tasks, de-icing aircraft, and working collaboratively with your team to meet corporate objectives.

To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate effective communication skills, the ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in a high-energy environment, and a strong commitment to meeting company goals and customer expectations.

We are looking for individuals who possess a valid driver's license, a clear driving record, and a minimum of 18 years of age. You should also have successfully completed a training course or possess equivalent experience in a similar role.

A competitive salary package includes a starting rate of $15.29 per hour, paid training, holiday pay, 401(k), vacation, and family travel on the American Airlines network. Medical and dental benefits are also available.
